As a licensed agent since Jan 2005 I have a special emphasis on buyer representation and negotiations. Being a full-time, full-service agent I spend considerable time studying the latest realty trends in our area. I am a huge believer in serving my clients with competency, efficiency, and professionalism. Outside of real estate, I love checking out Portland’s restaurants and bar scenes, reading good books, heading to the water during the Summer months, working out at 24 Hour Fitness, learning new dance moves and even sharpening my vocals with Karaoke!  I wont pass up a good cup of green tea or coffee.
